Community Guideline

In order to strengthen the community management of Gami App and build a healthy and harmonious platform for joint gaming and talent appreciation services, the Gami App team has the right to manage content and behavior according to the rules and norms prevailing in society.

Gami App users must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the country where they are located and the management regulations of Gami App, otherwise they will violate the applicable regulations.

Rules and regulations apply to community content including but not limited to live broadcasts, images, etc

Gami App reserves the right to final interpretation for handling all rules. Gami's final decision is ABSOLUTE and cannot be contested.

Note: These specifications will be updated regularly based on improvements to the Gami App community and platform

Serious Violation

Actions that endanger local public security and law are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

 Endangering national security and harming national interests

 Inciting national or racial hostility, hatred or discrimination

 Insulting religious policies, inciting religious opposition, disrupting social order, participating in illegal assemblies.

 Immoral behavior, for example erotic flirting and/or offering prostitution services (Voice call sex,video call sex, etc)

 Spreading terror, violence, racial extremism, and promoting war speech which is strictly prohibited

 Gambling is strictly prohibited

 Drugs are strictly prohibited

 Attacking admins in the public domain is strictly prohibited. Contact the admin on the appropriate line. Speak politely and respect each other

 It is strictly forbidden to distribute content that endangers life and safety

 Engaging in pornography and displaying sensitive body parts with sexual characteristics in any way is strictly prohibited

 Displaying sex toys, sexual health products and advertising them is strictly prohibited

 Violating content such as violating and spreading other people's privacy is strictly prohibited

 Promoting competitor and intruder products from other applications is strictly prohibited

 Using the platform for fraud and illegal transactions is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

 Illegal buying and selling of diamonds, Gami coins, or other fraud

 Impersonate an official to send and or distribute information, links, etc

 Organizing an event in the name of an official without permission

 Unauthorized use of official materials, including but not limited to avatars, materials, etc

 Cheating Behavior

General Offenses

It is forbidden to consume drugs in their entirety, including those that are smoked. Drinking (including being out of control and sleeping drunk), and driving while live

Speech and information that is slanderous, harassing, abusive, violates local laws, or violates Gami App management rules is prohibited

It is prohibited to display, vulgar movements or sounds related to pornography, music related to pornography and vulgar exposure, including but not limited to: wearing underwear outside the body, exposing large areas of the chest or buttocks, etc.

Note: there are exceptions such as: swimming in a swimsuit or bikini (or in a swimming pool area), fitness or shirtless men's boxing in a sports gym, etc.

It is prohibited to carry out live broadcasts that are meaningless and passive (such as being away from the camera for too long, namely more than 10 minutes, broadcasting in the voice room but all talent is off mic, etc.). Rebroadcasts of live performances or film and television programs are prohibited.

The Gami App team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and treatment according to objective factors such as the level of the violation, the time of the violation and the subject of the violation, including but not limited to:

Restrict account login

Ban account

Restrict live

Limit data modification permissions

Restrictions on the recommendation list

Posting and comment restrictions

Self-service Appeal

If the user has objections to the results of the official Gami App penalty, please appeal through the violation service channel (contact us ) on the user's side.
